You can find us on floor 2 of Arter Quarter. Take the elevator by the administration desk of Arter to the 2th floor.

Parking:
Guest parking for the Arteri Quarter is located in the multi-story parking garage, with weatherproof access to the atrium and offices. Entry to the parking garage is via Veski Street (see diagram). Access to the parking garage is based on vehicle license plate information. Guests can access the parking garage Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 12:30 AM and on weekends from 9:30 AM to 12:30 AM.

The guest parking is paid (3 €/hour) according to the established rules. Parking is managed by Europark, and the parking zone is ARTER.

To start paid parking:

  • Send an SMS to 1902.
  • In the message, write the car’s license plate number, a space, and the parking zone (example: 123ABC ARTER).
  • To end parking, call 1903.

You can also start parking using the mobile apps EuroPark, Pargi.ee, or ParkMan.
