I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Tartu State University in 1971. I have more than 50 years of experience in internal medicine and cardiology.
Since 1983 I have worked at East Tallinn Central Hospital, focusing on cardiology.
From 1990 to 1993 I furthered my knowledge and experience in Finland, working at the Central Ostrobothnia Central Hospital. From 1993 to 2000 I led the cardiology department.
A thorough and personal approach is important in my daily work, so as to find the most suitable solution for each patient in the treatment of cardiac and internal diseases.
