Fred Jadal graduated from Kristjan Jaak Peterson Gymnasium with a gold medal. He then went on to study at the University of Tartu, graduating from the Faculty of Medicine in 2022. He subsequently began working as a surgical resident at Parnu Family Health Centre and in parallel as an expert doctor at the Social Insurance Board, where he continues to work today.
As he gained clinical experience, in 2024 he decided to apply for the dermatovenereology residency, which he is currently undertaking.
Fred is a member of both ENSAS (Estonian Society of Dermatology and Venereology) and EADV (European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology) and has regularly participated in specialist training events and conferences both in Estonia and abroad.
To ensure high quality and achieve his goals, he considers dedication, precision, thoroughness and a sense of responsibility to be paramount. Fred believes that in a safe environment, taking the patient’s individual wishes into account, excellent results can be achieved through a trusting collaboration — and quality of life meaningfully improved.
Fred’s professional interest lies particularly in dermatosurgery, which includes thorough dermoscopic assessment of moles and skin lesions and their removal where medically indicated.
