I hold a Master’s degree in Social Sciences in Psychology from Tallinn University and have completed the clinical psychologist residency programme at the University of Tartu. I hold the professional qualification of a clinical psychologist.
Since 2020 I have worked in psychological counselling in both the public sector and private clinics. My work experience includes the Children’s Mental Health Centre at Tallinn Children’s Hospital and West Tallinn Central Hospital. I currently work at the Bris Novus psychology and psychiatry clinic and at City Tervisekliinik.
Today I work mainly with adults, with the aim of improving their everyday coping. I have completed the introductory training in cognitive behavioural therapy and use evidence-based and practical approaches in my work.
