About

I graduated from the University of Tartu Faculty of Medicine and subsequently began working as a resident at Ida-Tallinna Keskhaigla Women’s Clinic.

What captivates me most about my specialty is its diversity, which keeps things interesting at all times.

In gynaecological care, I consider prevention and lifestyle choices very important, as well as genuine collaboration between myself and the patient. Treatment is always most effective when fears are minimised and a strong foundation of trust has been built.

I consider listening skills to be essential in my work with patients, and I am a loyal companion throughout the entire treatment journey.

I am a board member of the Estonian Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and serve as a voice for gynaecologists and editor-in-chief of the journal Teataja.

Outside of work, my time is filled by two very complementary hobbies — food and sport. I am an enthusiastic cook myself and can often be found discovering new restaurants in Estonia and beyond. On the other side of the balance, I am very physically active — a regular at the gym, padel and tennis courts, running and hiking trails, and always happy to try a new sport.
